BELLELITA 

SPRING/ SUMMER 16

Srinakharinwirot University, Interactive and Multimedia Design, graduate Nuttalita Kroddum has made a branding for Thai woman who had tanned skin by designed clothes that make them get more confident called “Bellelita”.

For spring summer’16, there had a collection namely “Revolution” . Revolution is forcible overthrow of old things to new things. Refuse and resist what you called normal because normal is too boring and dare to change, dare to revolution and be rebel, dare to be yourself which is linked with the concept. We strongly believe that loving yourself is the greatest revolution. 

The clothes inspired by military; strong and dare; and sharp forms, heavy metallic work with the clothes made it feel as strong, aggressive and supercilious but still sexy.

For photo suit in collaboration with photographer Dechathon Thitikul, stylist Nuttalita  Kroddum and Chayanid Sopachote and MUA Pathomporn  Boonnakkaew. The SS’16 was applied across a serveral of print and digital media, including look-book, website and social media.

In Thailand, most Thai people had tanned skin tone. There are a number of Thai woman who lose confident of their skin just as a result of wrong values. The clear illustration of this is that Whitening skin’s trends that came from abroad namely Japan, China and Korea. Most Thai woman were try so hard to change their natural skin to get brighter for example self injection of glutathione which is dangerous and affects to body. Perhaps the most striking of them is that a lot of Thai people would like to have the pure skin because it was hard to searching  the clothes that match with them including colours and forms. The fact that some of pure skin Thai people looked down and thought of tanned people came from outskirt and remote area and their work is farming and be the rural people is another drawback.

To start with, our logos was made of a capital letter of “B” plus a square box (but due to our brand encouraged to dare and be different, so we just break the rules and broke its off) plus wild of handwrite “Bellelita” be equal to the logo. Secondly, colours palette to guide line the brand including black and white (main colours) 80%, orange (dare to unique)18% and green(strong as military) 2%  next step was create corporate identity include card, letter, envelope, price tag, shopping bag and brand book.
